Dear Kurt and Jenn,
Sorry I have been running ragged the past few weeks, but am home today and can finally do what I intended to do a few weeks ago, namely let you know how pleased we are with your work. We have known you both for several years, and in that time, you have done a few different jobs for us, both inside and outside.
Your work has been consistently of good quality, you have been punctual, your prices reasonable, and most importantly, you have stood behind your work and have gone beyond the call of duty. It is one thing to come in, paint, get the job done, get paid and then be finished. It is another to spend time consulting with the customer, being patient with their needs and occasional indecisions, and then working with them until they are satisfied. That is all you can ask of any contractor you hire. Certainly, you have met and exceeded expectations in that regard.
With our most recent job, we have added some interesting color and technique. Again, the patience in determining which technique would be best for us, which shade of color, other customizations, and the extra effort in making sure we were satisfied, went a long way in cementing a long term relationship.
We are thrilled with the new look of our rooms and would recommend you highly to anyone we know that needs painting work done. All contractors should use your policies as a template for customer service!
